A solidarity march to support Indian "Jan Lok Pal Bill" in New Jersey

A solidarity march to support Indian "Jan Lok Pal Bill" is being organized on August 14, 2011, on Oak Tree Road, Iselin, New Jersey.

As Anna Hazare has said, his fast on April 5th, 2011 was successful not because Indian Govt is scared of him, but because people of India joined the movement. There were rallies of school children, people in towns and cities across India and abroad ( see here http://news.indiaagainstcorruption.org/?page_id=2649 ). This forced Govt of India to make a panel to formulate the Bill and expedite its way into the parliament.

But again, Indian govt and other vested interests ( including corrupt politicians, govt officers, businessmen, corporations, etc.) have diluted the Lok Pal Bill to such an extent that in place of eradicating corruption, it will end up helping the corrupt. See here http://www.box.net/shared/oakrbzxf35c2znx4xi3j and http://www.indiaagainstcorruption.org/publicitymaterial.html .

Now, when each one of us joins and conveys our message to elected members (MP, MLA, etc.), media, relatives, friends, embassies/consulates of India abroad, it would make Indian Govt realize that it has to formulate a stronger bill to stop the menace of corruption.

Hence everyone's participation is required to check corruption in education, healthcare, employment, politics, town-planning and other areas in India and give a better India to the coming generation and the world.

Please join with family and friends.

Please go to "http://nriac.org/" and "http://news.indiaagainstcorruption.org/" and get informed about Jan Lok Pal Bill and understand why it is important for India.

Time: 1 pm.
Location: Place opposite "Apana Bazaar, Oak Tree Road" from where "New Jersey India Day Parade" starts.
